Cadet Col. Angel Bailey smiles proudly in the Washington High School’s JROTC flightline on February 4th, 2020. The Cadet Wing Commander hopes to continue to succeed after the program. She worked hard, along with the leadership team, with the goal to show the Air Force that Washington’s AFJROTC unit was a good one in the inspection, which comes every 3 years, held on January 27, 2020. “I definitely knew we were going to be an Exceeds Standards [one of the highest JROTC inspection ratings]. We have a lot of good cadets in our program.” Bailey said.
